Tagine is the ancient North African method of roasting food in clay pots. Using tagines made in Philly by artist Miki Palchick, founder of Clay Kitchen Studio, we'll teach you how to make vegan and vegetarian dinners with local autumn ingredients and Maghreb flavor.
Workshop hosted by the Community Supported Kitchen (CSK), who will be baking fresh pita on-site. Snacks and tea included.
